Product and Pricing Policy

All rental products are subject to availability and in some instances alternative items of a similar quality and performance may be offered. Whilst we take every effort to ensure the accuracy of our product specification, we do recommend that you double check any essential information at the time of order.
Restoration Express also reserves the right to alter rates and other details at any time without prior notification. All prices quoted in this catalogue are exclusive of VAT.

Delivery -

Delivery charges are normally based on your post code and order size, so please ask one of our staff where and when you need the equipment delivered or collected and we will be happy to give you a quote.

Independently Tested -

Restoration Express is not aligned to any single manufacturer so we try to stock the best equipment available on the market at that time.
To make sure that it is the best, we don't even take the manufacturers word for it. All of the products we stock receive an assessment by the National Flood School before we offer them to our customers. Only this way can we ensure that the products you get are guaranteed best in class.

Payments -

You can pay by cash, cheque (guarantee card required) or debit/credit cards.
We simply need a deposit and two forms of identification. When the equipment is returned, the hire charges are deducted from your deposit and the balance is refunded.
Account options are available subject to status, please call for details.

Hire Periods -

Please be aware that all products have a minimum hire period of one week. Discounts may be available for longer hire periods so please ask before you hire. The hire rates are clearly displayed next to each product description.

Terms and Conditions -

Restoration Express would like to point out that all of the equipment illustrated in this brochure is offered subject to the Restoration Express terms and conditions. Please see the Terms & Conditions on the reverse of the hire agreement form or ask one of our staff for a copy.

Discounts -

If you're considering renting several machines at once or one machine over a long period of time please call us to see if we can offer you a more favourable rate than the published one.
